I like the indoor whirlpool tub. It was the most luxurious and satisfying experience at the hotel. Alex at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt like being at home with a friend from somewhere. The balcony allowed me to get a city view in the mornings. Dislike: Carpeting is showing signs of aging in room, public area and in the gym Wall paper in room in peeling off and getting old, yellowish look. The gym room did not even have bulk bottled water dispenser available. I guess the executives would have to get used to drinking tap water directly from tap. Machines need to be wiped down from time to time. How about cleaning the windows for a clearer view from the room?

The room was large but had a few rips in the wallpaper and caulking on the walls so it felt tired, old. But the room was clean. The toilet was very low as well. It is a good location for many things to do in a walking radius, this is why we choose to stay.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it doesn't disappoint. It's in a very convenient location and the in room jacuzzi is a major bonus. Staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Room wasn’t properly clean. They also forgot to clean it the 2d night even we left the door sign that they could entered. Never sent towels, we didn’t have toilet paper. The person at the reception (Raghav was his name) said i have to pick the towels and toilet paper up downstairs. I went downstairs and no one was at the reception. We were 6 people waiting for someone to talk to. The manager of the restaurant came out to try yo find someone to help us. Terrible service from this guy at the reception from the beginning. We always liked this hotel but it has been going down the last 2 times we were there.

The breakfast was expensive so we had to go to the nearby Tim Horton's. Also, the vending machine (for the drinks) does not work. Nothing comes out. I think it's already empty. It should be checked every half a day or so

This is a bit of a hidden gem. I used to live in this area years ago and it has changed a lot since then - more residential towers now. So this place doesn't stand out like it used to and seems to be hidden quite literally now. The rooms look a bit dated but they everything is maintained well, clean, and very comfortable. The price was fantastic for my booking and I got way more than I would have at other places. Breakfast was also very good.

This was a one night visit while on a long road trip. We loved the one bedroom suite. With a family with a baby the separate rooms helped. The bathtub was so large. The baby loved it. The restaurant is not really family friendly. We ordered from a restaurant next to the hotel.
