We stay here each year on our annual visit to Vancouver. The location is convenient. There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The onsite restaurant is good with friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable with a separate sleeping room. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the room clean. We like being able to have breakfast in our room made possible by the small refrigerator, the microwave, and the supplied dishes. We recommend the Executive Suites and Conference Center.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable! I'm also such a huge fan of having silverware in the room (rather than using wooden disposable cutlery). The fitness room is a little dated though and could certainly use an update.

The outdoor pool was heated and there were plenty of lounging chairs. We had many issues with our room card not opening our room door, we were three for 5 days and there were problems with all three rooms we had booked with the key cards. Needed to have them changes multiple times throughout each day.

Housekeeping does not know how to knock. You'd think if there was no Do Not Disturb sign, the least the staff would do is knock and check for a minute if there is someone inside. Not once, but TWICE! They arrived way too early when me and my partner were just waking up, which I asked the kind receptionist about. Then when we left for a few hours, our room wasn't completely serviced even with the Service Please sign. We went to the gym which was decent to kill time, and finally when we came back the "Service Please" sign was gone. But they didn't even restock our towels. The second time is when they were going to bring it but again, they did NOT knock. And afterwards, I heard them laugh about it outside. Everything else during our stay was great (kind receptionists, nice gym, clean room, good location), but this housekeeping team has some of the worst manners and management I've ever seen.

I feel with how much the room was breakfast or parking should be free. Our bed dipped one side. I did enjoy the netted tub and the closeness to shoping areas and skyvtrain

It is well located. Good for an overnight stay at a reasonable price. It was clean and would stay again for a one night stay. Many dated things about the entire place but I am sure a renovation would raise the price so we we satisfied with the compromise.
