Great stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. I also really appreciated how close it was to the UP Express train—it made getting around so easy. Highly recommend!

It was close to airport,had dinner when arrived at 10.30 pm very convenient.Peter was exceptional we purchased breakfast buffet the next morning,he went out of his way to make sure everything was delicious he provided great service.Woukd not hesitate to stay there again

Great food cheaper than most airport hotels

Most people use such facilities near airports to spend pre or post flight hours or nights. The hotels must be considerate of some basic needs like drinking water coffee etc be free in the room for guests. At such hotels at least breakfast should be included in the price. The charges are huge for one night and everything from water to a cup of milk is 10-times street price. There should be some shame, don't try to f... every hole ....

Overnight stay between flights. Arrived late and leave early so we didn’t have any meals at the hotel. Friendly staff and. Good transport to and from out terminal.

Breakfast was great ! Did not have my vehicle so I did not use parking .

Room was clean, but a little small. No places to hang towels after showering. TV channels were minimal. Bed was comfortable, but some noise from nearby airport. Used the pool and hot tub, a nice amenity.

Overall great experience

The sound proof was poor! My room is just right across the elevator, not the elevator door itself but whenever the elevator is operating up and down it makes a loud noise. Didn’t find this issue out until I’m all showered and ready to go to bed. Got waked 2-3 times during night.. If you are a shallow sleeper you definitely wouldn’t pick the room any closer to the elevator!

It was a positive experience

Arrived at 10:30PM the night of my booking. After a 2 hour plane ride, was told when I arrived that our room had been cancelled and there was no more rooms available? Even though the payment had already gone through, and there was zero communication. After contacting Expedia support, they confirmed that all was okay on their end and tried contacting the hotel. After half an hour of deliberating they seemingly “found” an available room for us, on the main floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. What an unbelievable experience. Left all my contact information to speak to a manager and never received a call back.

Very friendly, and beds were very comfortable

I found this property - obviously - from a list of available properties at the time I needed a hotel stay at Toronto airport, and it was the most affordable offer available while appearing to be in the top tier of quality. That impression was not wrong. For the price, it felt like I was staying in a tier closer to luxury than budget. I was pleasantly surprised the first time - so much so that I went back the next time. Everything was consistent. I would use this hotel every time I need to stay at the airport in Toronto. It is exactly what you need, and even amenities you didn't know you needed, with a very pleasant level of quality and comfort.

Super supportive and friendly staff and great access to the airport. Super easy check in and check out.
