The staff was outstanding. Loved the restaurant. Beds were comfortable. It was clean and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. Pool was a bit on the chilly side though.

Upon arrival the property appeared dirty. We had a lot of luggage but there was no luggage cart access to our room (all stairs and no ramps). The room had a terrible layout and did not appear clean. The electrical outlets were tampered with and pushed into the wall. The sink drain did not drain. The shower needed a lot of force to turn off and there was no pressure. The pool was dirty and had standing water everywhere on the pool deck. The complimentary breakfast did not have enough food. We left without eating. If you have another choice in hotels, do not pick this one.
