Everything was great but the room at night was very noisy due to the street. We were on the 13th floor so I’d recommend not facing the street if possible! The pool room is a little dirty, needs a good clean and bleach, but otherwise good.

Enjoyed our stay however, having no microwave in the room was an inconvenience. You had to pay 10$/ night for it. The staff was very sweet especially Maks, and Lauren at the front desk and Rosalie from Housekeeping. Would come back

Room was dirty when we first got there. Had to get moved to a different room. Breakfast buffet wasn’t the best in my opinion. Paying extra for parking once we got there was definitely a first for me but it added up quickly. Lastly the pool, gym, and basketball was open to the public so people were using it even if they didn’t stay at the hotel so it was always packed. Guess they make extra money with swimming lessons or having people use their amenities.

Expedia wouldn’t refund me. I never stayed at the hotel because of the winter storm and roads being closed !!!!!!!!!!!!!
