We had a wonderful stay.
We were able to checkin early, rather than just leaving our luggage and booking in later. This was very helpful to us, as we were able to get settled, before venturing out on our day.
Staff could be more helpful and pleasant with everything.

there is no parking near by. not even a drive up in front of the hotel so you can unload yor luggage
nobody at the front door to help with luggage or directions
the rooms are gloomy. we do not spend much time in the rooms when we travel, but when we get in the room, we want to feel "at home". The room was a downer!

Hotel clean, staff polite and helpful, easy storage for luggage before check in and after checking out.
Noisy at night at the front of the hotel as windows allow traffic noise through, however back of hotel rooms nice and quiet.

The staff member who greeted guests and showed them to their tables could have been more polite. He came across as quite abrupt and was noticeably rude to other staff. When the coffee machine broke, the way he handled it felt aggressive, almost as if it was normal and guests should simply accept not having coffee. It is not the kind of behaviour you expect to see, especially first thing in the morning.

The room was well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The lighting options were great and the bathroom has a nice blue light feature for when you awake in the middle of the night.
The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful both upon check-in and check-out.

A lovely visit made by a fab room and very efficient and friendly staff. Great location for Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross too. I recommend undeservedly.

The room was not ‘restful’ - the Hotel is right across the street to a major Fire Station. Sirens were being sounded at all times of the day and night.
