Great for a stay close to the trains for work

The room was well-appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The lighting options were great and the bathroom has a nice blue light feature for when you awake in the middle of the night. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful both upon check-in and check-out.

Room not ready at 4pm, one towel for three people

This is my go to hotel in London Highly recommend

A lovely visit made by a fab room and very efficient and friendly staff. Great location for Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross too. I recommend undeservedly.

Room was smaller than I expected. Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was not ‘restful’ - the Hotel is right across the street to a major Fire Station. Sirens were being sounded at all times of the day and night.

Hotel is old and needs overhaul. Floors are creaking, loo roll broken, noisy fans etc.

Central hotel, very conveniont

La cosa più bella è stato trovare il personale addetto alla colazione informato sui bisogni alimentari di una persona celiaca e l' accogliente e cordiale disponibilità per far sentire benvenuta mia figlia con questa caratteristica: un ringraziamento speciale al Signor Robert e a tutti i suoi collaboratori. È stata letteralmente viziata! C' è anche il tostapane dedicato. Il letto pieghevole del divano ha un materasso troppo sottile e corto: muovendosi capita di urtare spesso la struttura metallica.

Booked a room in advance. Family room for 2 adults 2 children. There wasn’t enough bath towels for all to shower with only 2 in the room. No spares in wardrobes etc, when using the pull out sofa bed there were no sheets to put over the mattress so we tried calling reception to organise but there was no answer. We went down to reception to ask for these basic amenities. There was a wait of approx 20 mins and when we answered the door, they handed over 1 extra bath towel and no bed sheets. The children were now waiting to go to bed. It was disappointing to us that in a family room on the second floor the outer window was stuck open. There was a small glass pane that could be closed but nothing to secure safely from children. The noise element due to this meant for a very restless nights sleep for all of us. The staff however were very friendly, breakfast options good.

Ok rom med god seng. Forholdsvis stille. Godt utvalg av mat til frokost. Lite, men velutstyrt treningsrom.
