Hilton London Euston

The stay was adequate, did exactly what was said on the tin and was great being able to access euston so easily.

Booked a room in advance. Family room for 2 adults 2 children. There wasn’t enough bath towels for all to shower with only 2 in the room. No spares in wardrobes etc, when using the pull out sofa bed there were no sheets to put over the mattress so we tried calling reception to organise but there was no answer. We went down to reception to ask for these basic amenities. There was a wait of approx 20 mins and when we answered the door, they handed over 1 extra bath towel and no bed sheets. The children were now waiting to go to bed. It was disappointing to us that in a family room on the second floor the outer window was stuck open. There was a small glass pane that could be closed but nothing to secure safely from children. The noise element due to this meant for a very restless nights sleep for all of us. The staff however were very friendly, breakfast options good.

Great location but very basic for a Hilton

I was woken up by a staff member entering my room. Unacceptable. Surely you have systems in place to know which rooms are being used and when people have checked out. Absolutely unacceptable.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my check-in experience. While I appreciate the professionalism of your team, I felt quite uncomfortable during the process. I had booked a double room for myself, and when I arrived with my sister and her two children-who were simply accompanying me at the time of check-in-the front desk staff questioned me twice about whether my sister was my wife. I clarified both times that she is my sister and that I would be the only one staying in the room. Despite this, I felt that the staff member remained doubtful, which made the situation rather awkward and uncomfortable. I fully understand that hotels must verify guest details and ensure bookings align with policies. However, I would have appreciated a more discreet and respectful approach in handling the matter. I hope you can take this feedback constructively so future guests do not experience similar discomfort. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. Check issue was caused when the name given was different despite having all the booking details and payment was made prior to arrival. ID was also requested. Not happy with this service and having spent over £700 for two rooms to receive this service!

Nice front desk, people-the room was OK but a little small even though I chose a premium one-worst thing, however, is a noise from the street. It is really significant.-I would recommend a hotel to change the window so they would damp the noise-breakfast was fine and the breakfast person was also very nice
