5 minute walk from Picadilly train station where you can also get trams all round the city. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast choices and extensive restaurant menu. We chose a room with 2 double beds which were very comfortable. It had a bath and separate shower which functioned properly (in my experience of hotels this was very pleasing!). Huge TV and plenty of space in the room. I would definitely return again.

Loved how close it was to Piccadilly Station and the ease of leaving our luggage in the morning and retrieving it in the afternoon was. The beds were comfortable. It would have been nice to have had a closet that was high enough to hang my full length coat - or at least a hook on the wall

Placed just a couple of hundred yards from Picadilly Station its easy to find and well placed for central Manchester. We arrived early but no problem our room was ready, the room was on the first floor and the sound insulation was first-class you could see trains at the station but couldn't hear them. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with just slight signs of wear and tare. The staff we encountered were professional, efficient and pleasant so all in all a great stay. Didn't eat in so can't comment on the food but what we saw looked good.
