Victory House Leicester Square

Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Room was perfectly clean, very spacious and the location was perfect for our trip to London. Amazing price for a centre of London hotel. Our room looked over Leicester Square, we got to see a premier happening at the cinema from our room, but non of the noise that I thought there might be. We will definitely use this hotel again.

One of the worst customer experiences ever! Booked a room at this hotel and turned up at the hotel to be told that they were fully booked!!! Have since contacted hotels.com to get a refund and the hotel are deceitfully claiming that I didn’t turn up at the hotel! Owners are deceitful - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Perfect location, good value and clean and spacious (for central London) room!

Great locations, overlooking Leicester square. Lovely big room, with all the amenities we needed for a couple of nights away. Clean and comfortable. Stayed for a special anniversary, staff were very welcoming and few extra touches made it feel very special. Would happily stay here again.

No hot water! An apology and “sometimes that can happen with a full hotel” - not good enough

The staff were friendly and they checked us in early! No surcharges! The room was perfect and the bed was comfortable with plenty of free complimentary items in the bathroom! The slippers were a nice touch! We will be back again

Actually, when we arrived we were told that there had been a water break so our room and others were not available. They sent us over to the Moxey by Marriott close by. Same rate. Very new hotel. Incredibly small rooms but only 3 month old hotel. As we were not in the hotel often it worked out fine. We appreciate the Victory for taking care of the arrangements.

We had the suite which was lovely & spacious., but the bed I didn’t find to be very comfortable. However it was Clean and well soundproofed from the outside noise. Bathroom let it down., although looked great, It was smelly at times and water was only tepid in temperature in sink & shower, sink took ages to drain. Staff at front desk were friendly & courteous.

I spoke to the hotel the day before my visit to confirm my room, the member of staff I spoke to also told me 1 breakfast was included and I could add my parter on when I arrived. When arriving at the hotel I was told they had moved us to the moxy due to over booking, even though I booked it months in advance for my partners birthday. I asked if the room would be a like for like and was told well it will have a window which was a very poor answer and with the lack of apology I can say I was very annoyed. The hotel they sent us to was only 5 minutes down the road but down a side road and around the back away from the square front. The staff at the moxy were very polite and helpful. When I asked them in regards to the breakfast I was told they would enquire and to come back later. So once we got back from our show around 10pm I spoke to the member of staff at the front desk who told me that they had been advised by the Victoria that we had to come back to the Victoria if we wanted our breakfast which might I add is ridiculous considering the weather the next day was heavy rain and strong winds. So we asked if we could be compensated and not have the breakfast, we was told by the moxy they will enquire and let us know in the morning. So in the morning when it came to checking out the Victoria had changed there minds saying it was never included In the first place. The lack of any professionalism was extremely disappointing.

Stayed only for one night. Excellent location , everything we needed was nearby. Very quiet, warm, clean, fresh room. Check in was smooth. Lovely staff. Very pleased with the place. Would highly recommend.

Great early check in without asking for it, made the day so much easier. Beautiful room, mainly clean throughout, few stains on the corner seating area. Room over look’s Leicester Square which is amazing but be prepared for the noise throughout the evening/morning/whole day. Bed very comfy and felt like a bit of luxury staying here. Perfect location for theatres.

We had three rooms and each had its own set of issues. The tea cups in my room were dirty and never got cleaned (like dried tea in the bottoms). One room had a shower that flooded

Room was just like the photos and very clean. Everything you needed, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, TV and toasty warm
