The room was beautifully furnished, included a fridge, kettle etc. The towels were big and fluffy, the bed very comfortable, the wifi working well. The bathroom was spacious and with all the toiletries you need. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - it made a huge difference to be met at the outside door (at the bottom of the staircase) and have my luggage carried up for me to the room and being shown everything I needed to know about room controls etc. It was great to have reception manned 24 / 7 - travelling as a woman alone that gave me reassurance that all would be well during my stay.

Great location. Staff were good. The room itself was fine but very noisy being on the first floor and at the front of the building. It would seem that Shepards Bush doesn’t sleep on a Saturday night/Sunday morning!

The staff were friendly, the check-in hassle free, and my room was spotless. My room was next to the main road so it was a bit noisy. Some aspects of the decor look a little tired and could do with a refresh. Otherwise, all in all excellent value for money.
