The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower, only 10 minutes walk. Recommended! Will definitely stay here again. The room is ok, the hotel atmosphere is ok, right next to it is a shopping mall

Hotel staff is friendly. There is a place to store luggage, so if you don't have a room you can leave it. The room is clean and enough for two. Close to Javel station and a little far to Hakiem beer station. From the front of the hotel you can take photos with a view of the Eiffel.

Nice location . Very close to the Effiel Tower, train station and other amenities . Really good breakfast with lot of choices. Nice restaurants on the property . Front Desk staff is really nice and courteous.

The clean room and towels were on point and up to my standards, the staff at the hotel looked stressed to try and make the most memorable holiday for me and my boyfriend and they did so and more, breakfast was perfect… even more than perfect with the most gorgeous view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower and good lighting and good quality food at all times

Never staying in this hotel again. Just know that I booked for almost six nights, and our initial room with them was full of mold. My daughter has asthma so this was detrimental to her health. The next day I asked for a switch, they gave us a room that was later on infested with bugs! Bed bugs!! Find a hotel that is well maintained. Do not even think of saving money and booking a hotel with them. I was disappointed. I shoulda followed my gut. Something was telling me that this place was off but I didn’t listen. Never again!

Location is the value for this location. But hotel is in need of make over in rooms. Doors and tiles in bathroom are falling apart. Had to request housekeeping to bring towels multiple times.

quick, easy check-in. It was a bit stressful for us after our journey in, but they allowed us to check-in early and let us choose a room on a higher floor for a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. Great system for luggage storage as well, very convenient.

At our arrival, the room was already ready, but they charged us 125Euros just to access it. The rooms carpet is so dirty that it stink. Toilets too tight. The noise from the elevator is constant.

Reception staff super rude and unhelpful and said No basically no o anything. Asked for early checking and was not done then asked for card to goto pool with kids they wanted extra money for that. Didnt say toilets needed key card too. Like 20 -30 people were waiting in lobby and till 3pm werent given a room even 15 mins earlier when i asked. Hair balls in room Bar was good The fairy / eiffel photo bench setup was very nice Terrace by lobby was quite dated and not cleaned. Just a power wash and it would look good

Food especially breakfast was really nice. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 was because I struggled to get the TV to work. The remote control for the most part never worked despite being changed 3 times and I was unable to stream Netflix or anything else on the TV. Other than that minor issue the hotel was wonderful. A great location, lots of local amenities. I would have no hesitation in staying there again, which is the best recommendation.

We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too. Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures. Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants. Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!

I am accustomed to having an iron and ironing board in my room. I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board. Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. I appreciate the hotel was busy and it may not have been possible but it would have been good to have received a reply. Generally, the hotel was comfortable. The room was a bit "dusty" and perhaps the carpeted needed to be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, I was happy.
