An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. This ensured maximum room cleanliness. Thank you to all the staff at Favehotel Cikarang. I will return and recommend it to friends and business associates.

Excellent breakfast variety. Good ideas for the cotton candy and ice cream during breakfast. They also have a cold cut and cheese station and a sweet corner. Clean room and good staff. Bravo Aston Bekasi!

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.

When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. The rest is no problem, clean and comfortable facilities, delicious food and a strategic location near the toll gate. All staff services are friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Grand Zuri Jababeka Cikarang by ZHM. Its strategic location in the Jababeka area makes it easy to reach both the business district and culinary centers. Check-in was quick, and the hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with complete amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The pool area and fitness center were also well-maintained, adding to the comfort of your stay.

The location is very strategic, 2 km from Bekasi Train Station, shopping mall nearby, and close to Becakayu Toll road for private vehicle users. The food was very pleasant during my stay. The pool is quite large, cool, and has lots of trees, and is open until 8 p.m. I requested birthday decorations for my 11-year-old son. The staff was very helpful, responsive, and willing to accommodate our requests. When my son saw the room, he was super happy to see the beautiful decor. One day, he will come back again.
