A hidden gem of a resort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly security guards, and I was convinced this was a resort with excellent service. And yes, the hospitality was evident; all the staff, even the cleaning staff, were friendly. The resort is beautiful, healing, calming, and peaceful. For those tired of the city noise and work, this resort is perfect. I want to come back again and again because it's truly comfortable.

I swear it's really worth it for this price, the room is big, bright, and very clean. & the male staff who guards the night are very helpful and friendly. One hundred stars💯

We had a wonderful stay at Novus Giri Resort & Spa in the Premier Garden Room. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and smelled great. The amenities were complete, and everything was well maintained. The warm pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were fun activities to keep them entertained. The food was delicious, and even our toddler enjoyed every meal. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. One night definitely wasn’t enough! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back again.

A hotel with a very comfortable and calming natural atmosphere, adequate facilities, a very good camping ground location and very helpful facilities, as well as friendly and helpful hotel staff.

As for the views, whether mountain or garden, they're all equally beautiful. The service is very friendly, from the receptionist to the person who escorted you to your room. Asking for hot water for tea was also very quick. Next time, I'll try one with a mountain view. For that price, it's really cheap, and using the app you can get breakfast too. A regular every time I go to Puncak, the rooms are clean, access is easy, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The Palace Hotel is the best!
