A very pleasant stay, very memorable, the hotel atmosphere is very cool, the hotel facilities are good, the hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious, I stayed in the exc balcon premier type, the room is spacious and has a bathtub, suitable for vacationing with family and this type also has a balcony to relax. Best Hotel in the Kuningan Area. From pre check-in, Ms. Intan from Reservations helped accommodate all my preferences and requests. I was only staying one night for transit while exploring Kuningan. At check-in, I was assisted by Mas Nanda at the Front Desk. The process was smooth, fast, yet still thorough. He also offered me to join MyValue. Mas Nanda and Mas Raka DM (CMIIW) gave me recommendations on places to visit around the area. At the swimming pool, my family and I were welcomed and assisted by Mas Ridwan and his colleague. They were attentive, proactive to guests’ needs, and very friendly. During breakfast at the restaurant, we were served by Mba Suchie who was extremely helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be back for my next stay. Hopefully I can return in a few months. Thank you to everyone!

A pleasant stay with the family. The hotel offers a variety of amenities. The rooms are spacious, with living rooms and balconies overlooking Mount Ciremai. There are two swimming pools: one located on the hotel grounds near the restaurant and the other a mini water park. The hotel also features a mini soccer field and an outbound area accessible to guests. Breakfast was standard, but varied, and included a children's menu. Perfect for a family vacation, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Kuningan.

Initially hesitant seeing the review on traveloka, it turned out to be more than expected. Starting from the friendliness and speed of the hotel staff, adequate room facilities, a swimming pool that can be used, hot water that works, and pretty good food.
Anyway, I miss it... hopefully I can come here again.
