the hotel staff is very friendly, highly recommended. the room is spacious and clean, the hot water is stable. definitely come back here if you go to Kuningan.

It is subjective and a very personal assessment of mine, but still I hope it helps. The summit of Mount Ciremai in a clear sky captivates so much, and that is exactly the window view I get each time I get up late in the morning. Ciremai also looms over the breakfast table located in the corner of Imah Kayu by Horison. I have stayed there twice savoring the view, the friendly atmosphere, breathing mountainous air.

Best Hotel in the Kuningan Area. From pre check-in, Ms. Intan from Reservations helped accommodate all my preferences and requests. I was only staying one night for transit while exploring Kuningan. At check-in, I was assisted by Mas Nanda at the Front Desk. The process was smooth, fast, yet still thorough. He also offered me to join MyValue. Mas Nanda and Mas Raka DM (CMIIW) gave me recommendations on places to visit around the area. At the swimming pool, my family and I were welcomed and assisted by Mas Ridwan and his colleague. They were attentive, proactive to guests’ needs, and very friendly. During breakfast at the restaurant, we were served by Mba Suchie who was extremely helpful and kind. I’ll definitely be back for my next stay. Hopefully I can return in a few months. Thank you to everyone!
