Special thanks to [Staff Name, if applicable] for their helpful assistance! Perfect Room: My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and had a modern yet warm interior design. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept soundly every night. The view from the window was also a treat. Complete Amenities: I had the chance to try out the [Pool/Gym/Spa] facilities, and they were all very well maintained. The hotel's public areas were also kept clean.

The food in the restaurant is delicious and there's a wide selection, and the staff is friendly.

Starting from the security and reception team, they were very communicative. There was even a security guard whose name I forgot (I didn't see his badge). He was very attentive and helpful. He was very friendly and always greeted guests. Even my friend who came to visit was greeted with kindness. Overall, Hotel Fieris offers a pleasant vacation experience away from home.

I stayed for 6 days for business purposes, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and tidy. The location is close to state-owned enterprises and has easy access to the airport, high-speed train, LRT, and Transjakarta buses. There are also sports facilities, even a golf course not far from there. Park Hotel is a choice that is hard to ignore.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and all the amenities were functioning properly and were satisfactory. The food was also delicious and appetizing. We checked in and were served by a very friendly and informative male staff member. We also met a very friendly female staff member named Sherly before leaving. It was a truly delightful experience.
