The hotel service I received was excellent and satisfactory. The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and professional in their service. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were fully functional. Overall, my stay was positive and made me feel at ease.

It was a pleasant stay at the Sutasoma Hotel, it felt close to all destinations, the atmosphere was calm, the noise level was good, and the ambience was good, it was clean, and it felt like home.

This is the best place to stay in my opinion so far, which even compared to other hotels is still the best because the concept is all very thought out, very proper, we don't feel at home, but also like not in a hotel. From the start of the interior building all the furniture was very good. It's really cozy! and the most important thing is that here is not crowded so it is very appropriate for those who want to relax alone or with a partner, best.

I have stayed in Urooms three times. Easy access, easy check-in, easy to get transportation, foods, minimarket and closer to Blok M area (Area big shopping mall). Room was clean. Minimalist design. Just, sometimes in public area (dining room) so noisy. People can't keep silent, so a bit annoying to another guest. For all is good

It was a great stay at the Mulia Hotel. I stayed there to watch the FForever concert at the Indonesia Arena, just a short walk across the street. The food was varied, the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the room service fast. It was top-notch and worth it.

This was my first time staying in Jakarta, especially in the GBK area, which is right inside a mall. It was very impressive, as everything was easy to find, strategically located, and comfortable. Especially if you ask for a room with a city view, the view is truly breathtaking. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

A wonderful boutique hotel, well-appointed and comfortable rooms, great dining at Sofia Restaurant with all menu options available for in-room dining. An easy walk to Ashta District 8 and SCBD. Helpful friendly staff too. Well recommended for a stay in Jakarta.
