The hotel staff (parking attendants, receptionists, and room service) were always polite, informative, and smiling.
The room facilities were well-maintained. The refrigerator was cold enough to store food and drinks, the hot water for showering was also easy to use, the towels were clean and fragrant, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the smart TV worked well. The restaurant menu was quite varied and had many choices, with delicious food and generous portions.

I am very satisfied to have booked a room at Terraz Tree Hotel for my parents during their visit to Jakarta (Dec 30-Jan 5). The hotel's location is very strategic in the Mampang/Tendean area, making it easy to get around during their stay. The service provided by the hotel staff was also excellent, friendly, and responsive, which certainly gave me a sense of peace of mind because my parents felt very well served. The facilities of the Deluxe Double room type booked were also clean and satisfactory.
