All the hotel staff I encountered, including the security guards, the front desk, and the cleaning staff, were very friendly. Easy check in as always, very tiny room, no other amenities except toothbrush, centralize Air Conditioner so you can't adjust the room temperature. recommend only for short stay / transit, 1 KM from Kualanamu Airport.
