Luxury Hotels in Samosir Regency

I hate when the hotel has no strict regulation, the customers is very loud singing and karokeing till 10.00pm which is I need to rest early to catch the ferry and theres lots of kiddos nearby our room was crying maybe cause too loud, the reception has no respon about this and ask me to be patient instead of ask them to stop the party in the middle of the hotel location.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, good place to stay with good food and I can spend sometime for swimming with my kids. Areas to improve: 1. The selection of breakfast meals, mostly fry and fry, like fried rice, fried noodles. need more selection. 2. The bed frame needs to be fixed or replacd, it's going to be collapsed if you don't take immediate action, too noisy. 3. At 2-3 am in early morning, I heard residents shouting outside the door and too noisy, we could not sleep, there should be security officers walk around to ensure no one make a noise after 10pm. 4. The water faucet at handwash sink, it needs to repair, can't closed. Please save water. The rest was good. Good receptionist and waiter, waitress. Staff very friendly and clean hotel

There are no Ceiling Fan in the room as it gets hot during the day time. There is a receptionist counter but no one there. As it ' s a family run business the owner lives opposite the cottage you have to walk across to the owners house and call for the Lady. But the place is clean, I believe you can find better places than judita cotage.
