If there were zero stars, I would give zero stars, I was very, very disappointed, the service was very, very unsatisfactory, bad, I couldn't take the selection test because it was in this place, I was tired of staying here even though I had come a long way for the selection test until I stayed here, I was disappointed, starting to find a receptionist it was very difficult, looking for a room was very difficult, I wanted to check out in the morning to take a test, there was no receptionist.

When I wanted to check in at 9pm, the officer said I could only check in at 11pm, he said it was because a guest asked to extend the stay, but I was the one who gave in to the guest, I was the first to book. In the end, I didn't stay here, moved on to another hotel, because I was really tired and wanted to rest, instead I was told to wait for people who hadn't finished their "business" in that room.

The photos do not match, the service is very bad, there are no towels and toiletries, the price does not match what is stated on the apk, additional fees are asked for Saturday and Sunday outside the apk. Anyway very bad and sorry.

Not recommended at all! I booked a suite room on the app, but instead, they gave me a standard room! When I try to complain to them, they say they can't give us a suite room and they ask for IDR 100k if I want to move to a suite room! Worst stay ever!

Kamarnya kecil, tempatnya sumpek dan baru pertama kali dapat apartemen yang seperti ini sangat mengecewakan. Peralatan dari kursi jelek dan kasur yang tidak membuat nyaman. Sampai belum waktunya habis dari 3 malam hanya 2 malam kami tempati karena anak-anak pada sakit tidur di apartemen ini. Rencana mau refreshing jadi harus begadang karena anak sakit.

Disappointed for the 2nd time booking from the application, got a really bad room. The TV does not turn on, there is no refrigerator, no toiletries, the bathroom is dirty. Asking for a room change can't be because there are no more. For that price, you can get a good room at the hotel. It's very disappointed. Very. Very. It's a shame I didn't have time to take a photo because it's been too late to just stay in the apartment.

The lobby is hard to find, the officer asks for an additional cost of staying on the grounds that the price in the application has not been updated. It's time to check in, I came at 4, the room was still dirty, it hadn't been cleaned up, so I was still waiting.

Nah. Not recommended. I booked suite, yet I got studio room. The room and bed sheets were stinky. I only got 1 towel, eventho I clearly booked for three persons. The electricity almost ran out. If you're on holiday, do not book it.
