Very budget friendly, very clean. Provided shampoo + body soap, toothbrushes + toothpaste, 2 bottles of water. Love how the check out time was at 1pm too. To think they provided breakfast despite it being a budget hotel is crazy. Breakfast was good though, no complains at all. Had breakfast twice, both days there were coffee, tea, water, white rice, a fried rice dish, a noodle dish, keropok, a potato dish, a vegetable dish, 2 different type of fruits, and a dessert (the green bean soup was amazing I took seconds). The surrounding area is also pretty convenient, there's a seafood place (Yong Kee) down the road, nasi padang (did not end up eating here) too, there's even a photo studio (Sumi Space) and cafe (Fryday Brew) 200m away. Near the malls and basically right at Nagoya area where there's quite a lot of activities. Highly recommend this hotel for a budget stay. Location is also very convenient with grab too
