My favorite place ever.. for comfort, cleanliness and tidy, photo spot, adorable, near with shopping center and food market, souvenir, massage, laundry, etc.. Friendly and helpful employees🥰 Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay at Aston Batam. The service was exceptional. The receptionist was very helpful with me since I had a problem with the room, and they were willing to help find a room replacement for me. They offered a room display so that I could find a comfortable room.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere and comfort are a top priority. The hotel is strategically located and the premises are very clean.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... Mr. Marsudi was the solution... His warm smile and respectful greeting made us very flattered.

The place is nice, clean, safe, comfortable, close to everywhere. If you want to find food, it is also close to Nagoya Food Court. The service is also good, friendly.

Easy check-in and check-out. No need deposit. Got 2 keys for room access. Friendly and polite staff. Great room with city-view at 13th floor. Various and tasty breakfast. Love it. Nice surroundings at NTC complex. Thanks everyone. Keep up the great job.

It’s not “just Batam” - this stay made the whole trip exciting. The location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Grand Batam Mall, less than 10 minutes’ drive to Nagoya Mall, BCS, and DC Mall, and close to Harbourbay Terminal. Circle K right below the hotel, and Spa Central is just down the road. The service is amazing. Every staff member were trained well - smiling away and friendly. We even checked in late at night and received a queen-size bed, even though we booked two single beds. Breakfast spread was fantastic and made our mornings enjoyable. They had local specialties like Lontong Medan, Martabak Manis, four types of Jamu drinks, and keropoks. They also have a bar area and a smoking lounge as well. Room was perfect. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge for a standard hotel room and included all the basic amenities. Extras like a coffee machine, chocolates in the fridge, and full glass windows were much appreciated. Smoking rooms are available, and they’ll deliver an ashtray on request. Overall, 10/10. I would 100% recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Excellent Room & Service. Clean and comfortable. The Executive Studio comes with a very complete kitchen set & utensils. The included breakfast also so good, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Worth buying for the cozy room, best services from all staff & the most important thing the dainty food for the breakfast... Recommend to check in.

The hotel staff was kind and friendly. There was a slight issue with the keycard, but it was quickly replaced. Special shout out to the receptionist, Mas Alfa, who was very kind and polite. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip 👐

Comfortable hotel: spacious room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, strategic in the middle of the city. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and next to the hotel there is a cafe with delicious menus. Next trip to Batam will be back to Hans Inn Batam.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The parking lot is spacious and the security is good, so I feel safe. I want to stay here again.
