I stayed for three days for meetings and fieldwork. I wanted to charge my laptop and phone, but I didn't have a 3-prong travel plug converter with me. At 11 PM, I asked customer service where the nearest outlet sold one. The hotel/customer service immediately lent me their stock. A room attendant arrived shortly afterward to deliver the converter. Thank you, Altrue Sydney. We'll be back next time.

We have the best experience staying here, all staff here are very friendly and helpful. When we check in, Nisa in reception was very kind and helpful for us because we arrived and the check in process was almost midnight, and the restaurant crews were also kind. 5 stars for Harmonie One Hotel.

The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

There are also many food options around the hotel, from local cuisine to modern restaurants and cafes, so it's very easy to find food at any time. The Harbour Bay area is also pleasant for walking around. My favorite thing is the morning atmosphere. Many people jog and exercise around the hotel area while enjoying the fresh morning air. The environment feels lively yet comfortable and pleasant to start the day. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with a strategic location, easy ferry access, and a comfortable area to enjoy Batam.

I was very impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived at the entrance on the first day until the last day I checked out with the friendliness of the front office staff, especially Mr. Marsudi, the hotel security guard who was very helpful in helping us when we had a lot of luggage... They both demonstrated an 'all out' attitude, handling my requests with efficiency and a personal touch that is rare to find. They are a credit to the Swiss-Belhotel brand and made my stay seamless.

Comfortable hotel: spacious room, clean bathroom, friendly staff, strategic in the middle of the city. Around the hotel there are many places to eat and next to the hotel there is a cafe with delicious menus. Next trip to Batam will be back to Hans Inn Batam.
