The experience of staying overnight before going to Singapore was very memorable, everything was very good and perfect, from the friendly staff service, fast check-in and we left our luggage while we were in Singapore, returning again for a 3-night stay after leaving Singapore was very memorable. Champion cleanliness, all services were very good, the room was cleaned every day. The room was dust-free for us who are very sensitive to dust, the room was very clean, the location is beyond doubt, from the harbor it is only a step away then looking for food just go to Mega Mall which is across the hotel. Other locations are quite affordable because the hotel is in the heart of Batam. Thank you Harris Hotel Batam Center, we will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We have the best experience staying here, all staff here are very friendly and helpful. When we check in, Nisa in reception was very kind and helpful for us because we arrived and the check in process was almost midnight, and the restaurant crews were also kind. 5 stars for Harmonie One Hotel.

The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.

Aston hotel has a very modern theme. Sleek and spacious! The hotel has its own Starbucks, so it's a plus! Have many activities inside the building. It was a great stay at HARRIS Waterfront, the room was spacious, the bathroom was clean, there was a very comfortable balcony to relax, it was perfect for families who wanted a vacation, even though the place was far from the city center but it was no problem if you wanted a quiet and comfortable vacation, don't forget to shop first for room necessities like snacks, but it is highly recommended, especially the service was super friendly!! Love to be back again
