This was a perfect quick stop, refreshing in the giant pool they have before sailing to meet the dolphins right from there. Food was good and the service really good. Shout out to the students doing their apprenticeship there, they were the best and really worked hard to make sure everything worked, so don't forget to tip them well!

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff are really great, so helpful and friendly. They even washed my car during my stay there. What a wonderful service!

We loved it at The Lovina so much that we extended for an additional night. The room was so comfortable and quiet and perfect for our small family. We loved the staff and facilities, including the gym, and the pathway along the beach to explore the coastal area. We will be back again for sure!

A comfortable homestay, I got there at 9pm but I went straight to the room, no need to wait, the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, the staff are friendly and very helpful, there is a car park even though it is not big, I recommend it if you want to go to Lovina.

Direct access to the beach and can order at the reception for a boat rental to see dolphins. Sufficient car parking area. Food choices are sufficient and taste good. The hotel is very clean. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. The dolphin tour package is available and is delivered directly to your destination by the staff. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is also spacious and clean, with towels, soap, and a hot shower. There's a water heater, coffee and tea making facilities as well. The Wi-Fi is fast. The hotel staff is very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Singaraja. Highly recommended.

From the provincial road for access to this hotel is very close. Close to Lovina Beach. There is a clean swimming pool, spacious rooms, bathtubs, spacious and clean bathrooms. This hotel is comfortable and recommended.

Puri Bali Lovina is amazing! The staff are all friendly & helpful. The ambiance around the room is very beautiful and cozy. The room is also very comfortable. Breakfast, although minimalist fried rice, is delicious and can fill the stomach after watching dolphins. The location is also very close to the starting point for riding a jukung to see dolphins. If I go to Lovina again, I will come back to stay here again. Thank you.

The facilities in this hotel are very complete for a resort. Starting from a large swimming pool, fitness center, relaxing spa, to various restaurants with delicious food. A very nice hotel, not far from town. It has a large children's pool. It has direct beach access and is reasonably priced. The hotel also provides assistance with dolphin watching.

The staff were very friendly, we were satisfied with the service, we were even satisfied eating mangoes from the trees around the hotel, the pool was clean, we were also helped to book a boat to see dolphins, the distance from the hotel to the beach is also very close.

The staff was very helpful especially when I was sick. They looked for eucalyptus oil. Thank you, my sister, I forgot to ask her name. She was very friendly and responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stop by again next time.
