When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. The rest is no problem, clean and comfortable facilities, delicious food and a strategic location near the toll gate. All staff services are friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Close distance to the toll gate, close to the city center, access to various places doesn't make you a headache. The hotel staff is friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay at Grand Zuri Jababeka Cikarang by ZHM. Its strategic location in the Jababeka area makes it easy to reach both the business district and culinary centers. Check-in was quick, and the hotel staff was friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with complete amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The pool area and fitness center were also well-maintained, adding to the comfort of your stay.

Friendly staff, always smiling. Clean, fairly large room. Clean bathroom, complete bathroom amenities, kimonos, clean white towels, cool AC. Swimming pool, plenty of gym equipment, great hangout spot. Breakfast has lots of variety, delicious food, and the cakes and ice cream are delicious. Will come back again, God willing.
