The overall experience is not so bad, but there are several things that can be improved:- The breakfast menu options: The food was a bit bland, and kind of disappointing with so few options available.- The bathroom is a bit creaky and a bit uncomfortable to use, especially the closet.- An in-room phone could be added in order to communicate with the Room Service or Receptionist, so guests will not need to go down to the lobby each and every time.- The ability to have a duplicate keycard would be much appreciated, as there will be times where an additional key will be needed.
