My first time at this hotel. It's a luxury hotel, but they often have promotional prices. There's a swimming pool, gym, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The service is excellent. We asked the customer service at IG Hotel about charging our electric car, and the staff responded promptly. Thank you to the security team, especially the chief, Mr. Mus, who welcomed us with open arms. Five thumbs up. If you want to go to Blok M, you're just a short walk across the street, hehe.

This was my first time staying in Jakarta, especially in the GBK area, which is right inside a mall. It was very impressive, as everything was easy to find, strategically located, and comfortable. The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are complete, especially the food is delicious. Highly recommended! Furthermore, the security guard, Rizky Darmawan, was very kind, responsive and friendly, helping me when I was having trouble with my luggage. The security is top-notch. He deserves appreciation.
