Great location near the highway, easy access to exit, need to improve the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom.

I got a room upgrade. Thank you. For me, there are only two hotels in Tasikmalaya that offer truly excellent service and truly comfortable accommodations. One of them is the Santika Tasikmalaya.

The staff was very friendly. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The soap smelled nice. The amenities were complete, as is standard for other hotels. The room smelled great.
