The rooms are clean, nice, and have complete amenities. There's access to a clean and beautiful private beach. The breakfast variety is quite good and the food is delicious. It was a very pleasant stay. I'll be back again.

Stayed in a family room with two bedrooms, with simple layout. One room has a queen-size bed, and the other a single bed, perfect for children. There's a living room for watching TV with a sofa, and a simple kitchen complete with cooking utensils and dishes. It's okay, I'll come back here again if I go to BPP to try the other towers.

My son was greeted with balloons upon arrival. Coming on a weekend, there were fun activities in the pool area, including ice cream and sandwich decorating for the kids. And in the morning, there was Zumba. Oh my God, it was a truly enjoyable experience for our family, especially since it's close to Bekapai Park, making it easy to find late-night dining.

LOVVV, the staff are friendly and very helpful, yesterday when I checked in there was a foreigner there too and the staff spoke excellent English, I think that's a plus point.

Highly recommended for a hotel of the same class as Dprima Hotel Ruko Bandar. Hopefully, the previous Dprima in Balikpapan and the new one in front of Grand City can match Dprima Ruko Bandar. Best of luck to Dprima's management.

Easy access to the mall, got free buggy ride from the hotel to the next mall (e-walk). All the staff are friendly and really welcoming. Next time, I will definitely book this hotel again for sure.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm on vacation in Balikpapan. It's just a short walk to the mall, and the price is worth it for the mall area. First time staying at Whiz Hotel.. quite pleasant.. Because we got a beautiful Grand Deluxe room.. so it is more comfortable for families.. 🥰 For the food at Manggar Restaurant it is delicious.. the prices are also quite friendly.. and can be delivered to the room.. very helpful when we are quite tired at night..
