Every time I go to Balikpapan, I always stay at this hotel. What I like is that the room is always clean and comfortable, although it's a bit cramped, but it's okay for me who often stays here alone. My experience when I first visited the Hotel Zurich was that it had a large and luxurious lobby. I felt happy, safe, and comfortable. Thank you for all the amenities. The room was large and had a view out the window. Overall, it was the best, and the price was affordable. It's centrally located, and food is also within walking distance. The hotel staff are friendly. When I first arrived, I was looking for the restroom. The staff greeted me with a smile and a friendly manner, making me feel familiar and impressed.
