I've actually stayed at Novotel several times, but this was my first time with my family. Thank God, it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly service, spacious rooms, and well-functioning facilities. Finding food at night is also easy because it's close to Bekapai Park and several other cafes within a radius of less than 500 meters. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Novotel's strengths are definitely its delicious breakfast and diverse menu options, from Western to Eastern to Indonesian. The only downside is the gym access, as it's currently under renovation, hehe. Hopefully, next time I come here, I'll be able to use all the facilities.

Friendly staff, good facilities. Superior rooms don't have smart TV or Google TV. You have to upgrade to a higher room type to get smart TV, and even at that price, a superior room is already quite expensive per night.🙏

For a 5-star hotel and a 1.2++ price, this was far from our expectations. We did take the most standard room :) and it's an old hotel.. but the room interior is outdated, and the most uncomfortable thing is the very strong damp smell (I tried spraying air freshener, but there was still a slight damp smell). The room tends to be dark. The bathroom is even more so. The ambiance is uncomfortable. Haven't had breakfast here, but really hope it will be satisfying and good, because the area usually used for breakfast is said to be under renovation.

The AC wasn't cold enough, making the room feel damp. The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough. The breakfast was poor (empty and not refilled). Hopefully, this feedback is helpful for Novotel. The service and cleanliness of the room were good.

The bathroom for the batch tub can be added a batch mat or rubber anti-slip mat so it is not too slippery and add two foot mats for outside the bathroom and inside the bathroom. The dining area has a path for wheelchair users, entering the hotel is also for wheelchair users. The elevator is also quite large and fast, the food is delicious and varied, the room is clean, the service is very good, only the bathroom and shower doors may need to be repaired a little so they don't get stuck, the rest is very good, the AC is cool and cool, the view is also good. The location is truly strategic. Beautiful views. Complete amenities. Novotel is the best choice. The hotel staff is friendly, the facilities are complete, and the rooms are comfortable. We got the room we requested, non-smoking, and with a sea view. The breakfast menu is varied and quite tasty. The desserts are delicious. The hotel is very close to the street food stalls in Bekapai Park. The swimming pool is also child-friendly and under security surveillance.
