I was really surprised that the room was super clean and comfortable. Housekeeping also went around to make sure the amenities were perfect, not finding a single speck of dust in any inconspicuous area! Good job to the housekeeping at Citadines Antasari. I really appreciate it, because the most important thing when staying with children is the cleanliness of the room.

The service from the staff is also commendable—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
The hotel's location is also strategic, close to various eateries and a cafe called Sampan Cafe (in the same area as Urbanest Inn House TB Simatupang) and the city's activities center, making it very convenient during your travels.
