Room not too spacious but the bed really comfy. Room very clean, bathroom also clean, all function well.

Strategic location, easy accessible. Close to many culinary highlights.

Located just next to a huge shopping mall, makes me enable to find food or other things easily. The staffs were also very nice and helpful. Hotel is relatively new, as such all facilities are worked well and the cleanliness was also well maintained. The breakfast was good, but the variety of food needs to be considered, particularly for those who stay for several days.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the center of Surabaya, this hotel is worth considering because with an affordable price, you can get good service, neat rooms and soundproof. The only downside is that the location is close to a nightclub, so it's a bit noisy.

Impressed with the hotel cleanliness, very well maintained, and great service. All the people at the Horizon floor provide immaculate service. Will be back on my next Surabaya trip.

For stay a some day is good enough. This place is strategis.

I would like to say thank you, room was clean, hot water, and AC works. The most important is the honesty of the crew, I forgot my wallet and they even sent people to chase me, just to return the wallet, none missing. For the price I highly recommend.
