The staff was very friendly. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00, but because we arrived early at 1:30, we were still able to check in because our room was already ready. Thank God, the service was excellent.

All the hotel staff were very helpful and handy, even assisting with the 3 a.m. pre-dawn meal delivery to our room, complete with hot drinks and fruit. The amenities were complete: thick, clean towels, crisp linens, and four fluffy pillows. Had a wonderful time at Hotel Ciputra.

Friendly staff, excellent service, free late check-out until 1 p.m., and the ability to wait in the spacious hotel lobby after check-out. Overall, it was a complete satisfaction.

Staying at Prime Royal Boutique Hotel Surabaya was truly enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with friendly staff and a strategic location. The highlight of our stay was receiving an upgrade to the Access Pool room, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

It was my first stay here, and I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, the bed and pillows were excellent, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The location is also a big plus, being just a short distance from Pasar Turi Station. A great stay overall.

Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were very fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room I booked was clean, although a bit small, but still worth it. The bed was soft and the air conditioning was cool, so I slept very well. The bathroom was also clean. The location is very strategic, close to shopping centers and many restaurants nearby.

Strategically located in the city center, close to the business district, making it easy to get everywhere. It's not far from the main train station. There's plenty of culinary options, and it's close to the souvenir market. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms are top-notch quality. They're very comfortable and clean.

Several times staying here, nice place, comfortable, clean, the lobby is always full of people because I once checked out after dawn hehe. Top, hopefully it will maintain the comfort and cleanliness.

The staff were friendly, informative and offered to see the room first, the TV was ok, the water was smooth, there was wifi too. So far it's comfortable and close to everywhere. Cars are parked in the area outside the lobby but it is safe. Good for transit and child friendly too. Thanks, sis.

All the service is excellent, friendly, the quality and quantity are excellent, the location is comfortable, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it's close to many restaurants and markets. Monthly rentals are also available. Best of luck.

Worth to stay for its price. The room and bathroom are clean. What's more; there are dispensers, dishes, glasses free for use. Recommended for backpackers.
