The hotel was very comfortable, with spacious rooms, a microwave, and a chiller, making it perfect for a Saturday night stay. There's live music in front of the hotel, reportedly every Saturday and Sunday night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

Had a great stay at Harris Hotel Gubeng Surabaya. The room was clean and comfortable, with consistently cool air conditioning and a superb view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, carpeted corridors that create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Everything was excellent. When the AC wasn't cooling enough, they quickly added Freon. The towels were also clean. All the staff were friendly and asked guests what they thought was missing.

A very strategic hotel in the heart of the city, close to everything, with many aesthetic cafes right in front of the hotel. The service is friendly, they find rooms with the best views, and the food is top-notch.
