A good hotel for the price, as the room was quite large, had a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and a balcony, which is rare for this price. Plus, if you like watching Netflix, you're in luck, as it comes with a smart TV. If I go back to Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here.

I have stayed at Santika Pandegiling so many times I can't recall... but always enjoy staying here and I was happy to see they fixed the coffee machine for the breakfast (so back to tasty fresh brewed coffees). Staff always super friendly and helpful. Thank you and keep up the good service.

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.
