Thank you so much for the help at the check in counter (i believe he is a guest service manager, Mr Andri) for giving a great solution for a mistake I did whilst booking the rooms on the app. I really appreciate it. Also the helpful staffs who’s helping with my packages / online orders that were sent to the room every day.

The room is luxurious, spacious, clean, the bed is firm, the pillows are soft, the bathroom is large, modern, and clean. Very satisfying 👍🏻 Indomaret and several restaurants are in the lobby area of the building. Satisfied 👌

My first stay at the Pakuwon apartment, Orchard, was exactly what I expected. It was so much fun being able to go straight to the mall every day. I'm going to be a regular.

The apartment is child-friendly. It has a swimming pool and playground. The food is also varied and affordable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back.

The room was very clean, with amenities (soap, towels, coffee, tea, sugar). There were also cooking utensils, complete with spoons, forks, a frying pan, a pot, and more. Check-in was easy. There was even a broom for the mattress. Overall, the room was fully furnished, and I was very satisfied.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious, complete with facilities, clean, very comfortable to stay here.
