Our stay here was a truly enjoyable experience. Check-in was quick, the room was clean, and the lighting in the work area was perfect for working on a laptop all day. The strategic location makes it easy to reach meeting or office locations. After work is done, there are plenty of culinary options nearby that you can try without having to travel far.

Very nice and clean. The staff are also very friendly. The entire place is very clean and comfortable.

The hotel service was satisfactory. There were engaging activities for children during their stay, including bubble shows and clowns to entertain them. Cleanliness was also excellent.

A good hotel for the price, as the room was quite large, had a hairdryer, a refrigerator, and a balcony, which is rare for this price. Plus, if you like watching Netflix, you're in luck, as it comes with a smart TV. If I go back to Surabaya, I'll definitely stay here.

The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary snacks in the room (which not all hotels offer), a full range of toiletries, prompt and responsive customer service, and a delicious breakfast (I happened to be staying with my family, and everyone agreed it was delicious). I spent two memorable nights here for a weekend. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the rooftop pool, which offers stunning city views and makes relaxing even more enjoyable. The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calming and perfect for unwinding. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
