The entire staff is very friendly, including the security. The service is excellent and fast. This is my go-to hotel when I visit SBY. The food is consistently delicious, and there's a wide selection on the menu. 👏👏👏

The triple bed room is perfect for families. The room size is spacious. The 100cm bed can be moved and pushed together to form one large 300cm bed. The room design is concise and practical. No awkward large closed wardrobe, but instead an open clothes hanging area with plenty of hangers available. The mini fridge works well and is cold. Mini safe. Good toiletries. Mineral water, coffee, and tea for 3 people. Central air conditioning (AC central) but can be adjusted manually in the room. Functioning well, can set the temperature cool enough not to be cold. The lighting is very good. It can be bright for work activities. And can be dim to pitch black for sleeping. The best!

Affordable price and good quality, highly recommended for long stays or transit, close to shopping centers. Clean rooms, friendly, helpful service, and comfortable.

The hotel was very comfortable, with spacious rooms, a microwave, and a chiller, making it perfect for a Saturday night stay. There's live music in front of the hotel, reportedly every Saturday and Sunday night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

The hotel is great! The pool is clean, the service is friendly, and the location is great. It's a very satisfying workout experience. It's well worth the price. The lockers are nice and the bathrooms are comfortable. There's a hairdryer too.

Very satisfied even though it was only 2 nights, I felt comfortable staying, the room was clean, all the facilities were functioning, and there was a large parking area.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

Had an amazing stay at Vasa over the last weekend. Great facilities. Quite impressed with how clean and spacious the room was and how attentive the staffs are! Close to cafes/food places/malls. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

first staycation here, I swear I will not be disappointed, from the beginning the staff is very friendly, the hotel environment is clean and comfortable. when I checked in I looked very tired, maybe after checking in I was told to take a drink that was already prepared :') as much respect as the visitors. The hotel room is clean, the facilities are okay, the bathroom is also clean, the AC works well. at that price at the Sby hotel, it's really cheap 1000/10 basically 🥰. next time if i go to sby i will staycation here. because it is close to any destination.

Highly recommended. The room was large and clean, just like the picture. There was a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would return here if I were looking for accommodation. Oh, and it's close to the terminal and the airport. Vehicle access is also easy.

All the hotel staff were very helpful and handy, even assisting with the 3 a.m. pre-dawn meal delivery to our room, complete with hot drinks and fruit. The amenities were complete: thick, clean towels, crisp linens, and four fluffy pillows. Had a wonderful time at Hotel Ciputra.

The number 1 short escape place when you want to be alone heheh. I like the theme, even when you're alone the room isn't scary. There's a mini space to sit outside the room. It's still very comfortable at night, not scary. It's also not far to the bus stop. There's a minimarket next door and across the street
