The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in process, the room was clean and we didn't expect it to be so spacious, the AC was cold and the hotel's peaceful atmosphere made us feel at home staying here.

Absolutely brilliant staff, from the arrival airport driver Rahman and all reception team who greeted me nicely upon arrival at the hotel, they were amazing. I can't thank each one of the housekeepings at the corridor as well, all were super helpful and amazing. My high floor request has fulfilled and the room definitely comfy. I wrote something on a paper in the room to the team for the fabulous service indeed. Would love to be back again next time ☺

Stayed overnight due to an early morning flight. I was impressed by how clean and fragrant the room was. The mattress and pillows were just right. I slept soundly, which is just what I need for a long trip.

The location is great if you need a hotel near the airport. It is a 15-minute shuttle ride, which the hotel arranges. Breakfast was good, starts at 4:00 AM, which is great if you have an early flight. Would recommend.

The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights—there was a great variety of delicious food for breakfast, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start the day. This is my second check-in at the hotel, formerly known as Hotel Pop. It's close to street food, and what I really like is that it offers a free shuttle bus to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. It's perfect for business travelers on early morning flights or to rest before flying home.

Great service by the staffs. The moment I arrived, the staff helped me carry the luggage. 24-hour shuttle service and the driver helped me with the luggage too. Good job!
