The apartemen so dirty, down the bed so much garbage, i dont feel comfort when stay one night there, i hope they can improve the service also

Dirty bed room and no recommended for stayed

Rented an apartment for 6 days, very dirty, the apartment does not match the photo, no toilet seat, found it on a very dirty balcony. Please return my money and I am now renting another place. I already tried to fall asleep after the 25 hour journey, but I could not fall asleep. And not have Wi-Fi, please back money.

This is not an official staying place. Very dirty, very unprofessional staff. Room not as near as the picture they publish. Travelloka should not selling this accomodations in their system.

My stay here was uncomfortable, traumatic. The room was dirty, especially the sheets, pillows and sofa. The pillows smelled, really uncomfortable. The pillows looked like they had been used and the covers hadn't been washed. There was a bed cover in the closet, but it was the same, it looked like it had been used. The mattress was rickety, it made a noise if it moved a little. The towels were really worn out. There was a sofa in the TV room, but it was worn out, plus the AC wasn't working. In addition, the condition of the outside of the building was also, the atmosphere was like being in a flat. Very crowded. Many roofs were leaking too. Plus, maybe it had an industrial theme so many of the upper parts were open, making it even scarier. One more thing, the parking fee was really expensive, it was calculated at 3000 per hour, yesterday I was charged 33 thousand for parking, and the parking facilities were terrible, there was no roof at all.

The hotel doesn't have any tricks, I transferred the money.

The light in the middle of the bathroom is off, no drinks are provided and the cleanliness of the room is lacking, 1 towel is provided even though it is a double bed. No free wifi. The elevator is also old, only 2 lifts are provided, one is maintenance
