The Superior Ocean View Room is very comfortable, the atmosphere is fresh, the service is friendly, and the housekeeping is very responsive.

Overall, the room and breakfast were good. I was particularly impressed when I was asked if I had any suggestions upon check-out, and I immediately suggested that guests be disciplined when smoking by the pool, as it's a public facility and there are many children there. A quick tip: don't forget to ask the front desk for free parking, as the parking is quite expensive.

The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The facilities were as described.

I like the strategic location of the D'Prima hotel, the clean rooms, the varied breakfast menu, and the friendly hotel staff.

I won't regret staying here, the AC works well, access to everywhere is good, close to the city center, yesterday I stayed here for 4 days and really felt at home, the bathroom was clean, in short it was the best.

Ambiance/Facilities are complete and serve all the necessities. Food in the restaurant has plenty of choices for various taste buds. The staff are very friendly and announced my arrival as guest of the day with all the perks provided. The bed is comfortable for relaxing. Price is very reasonable and finally, the location is very convenient and close to all things being in the city center.

I'll come back here again if I go to Balikpapan. Senyiur is the best. 5-star service and comfort.

First time bringing my child to stay here, my child was very happy, big smart TV, open the curtains, view of the city, clean bathtub, breakfast was also okay, all the menus, next time I will stay here again

I've actually stayed at Novotel several times, but this was my first time with my family. Thank God, it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly service, spacious rooms, and well-functioning facilities. Finding food at night is also easy because it's close to Bekapai Park and several other cafes within a radius of less than 500 meters. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Novotel's strengths are definitely its delicious breakfast and diverse menu options, from Western to Eastern to Indonesian. The only downside is the gym access, as it's currently under renovation, hehe. Hopefully, next time I come here, I'll be able to use all the facilities.

Every time I go to Balikpapan, I always stay at this hotel. What I like is that the room is always clean and comfortable, although it's a bit cramped, but it's okay for me who often stays here alone. If I'm too lazy to go out, I can order food downstairs, the price is affordable, delicious and can be delivered to my room. The best. Hopefully the hotel will always be like this, so I don't get confused about where to stay when I go to Balikpapan 👍.
