This is my second stay. It's a kids-friendly hotel with easy access to everything. The indoor pool is a plus, keeping the kids comfortable and protected from the rain and heat. I'll be a repeat guest in the future.

We stayed here last May. The location is excellent, right in front of the Bogor Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of shopping centers. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. All staff were very friendly and responsive in serving guests.

Stayed on March 27th, the first impression of staying here was greeted by a very friendly security guard, masya Allah, even though we were riding a motorbike, he still greeted us very well, as did the receptionist, no less friendly, the location is very strategic, close to the mall, just walking distance, the room is okay, the AC is cold, the lobby is also very fragrant, basically the best is Fave hotel Padjajaran, in shaa Allah will stay here again👍

The room was clean and fragrant, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, varied and new at the Swiss Bel hotel. I found that there were tags for non-allergenic foods for my child, so I no longer needed to ask the staff if the food contained allergens, the location was okay... Excellent location, close to the train station and botanical garden. Very clean and comfortable room for a good price. I wish I stayed there longer.
