The hotel is ok, the best is its central location. It is very poorly soundproofed. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. E.g. they would call at 11:30pm to ask a question, they would enter the room without knocking, Nice are the coffee machine and the mini bar in the room. The breakfast is gorgeous.

So hotel was very clean. LOVED IT......But, let's start with the room. Beds were HARD! Pillow flat, sheets this. AC did not cool and I called down twice the gentleman literally said it was cool enough! (ladies in menopause skip this one)I was appalled. Bathroom, shower was weak and it chose it's own temp again was fine the burst of super hot to cold.....drove us crazy. THEN there was the noise of the trams outside, no noise barriers...that was every night until 3ish then again early Next the RESTAURANT-Beautiful views but deceiving. Only one part is great pics. Lots of construction to see. Staff was not very friendly literally ordered a steak (med-well) waited an HOUR for the food and it was medium rare....never came back so I could tell to fix. Didn't bring me wine when requested and had to finally just flag them down to grab check. Did not even ask about the thoughts of food when picking up full plates..So yeah skip this one And it is sad because the whole two week trip we traveled this was the ONLY European based hotel we stayed at all others were American companies Last when we asked for a car to the airport they wanted us to take a VAN 180Eu I was like....umm we are two people, 4 pieces of luggage ..... we opted a taxi-100 bucks

The facility is a little old. Part of the bathroom is covered with wood. It is obviously moulded a bit. Overall, a 4-star out of 5 experience. For the price per night, complimentary is not enough in my personal opinion.

The room we stayed in needed to be painted / lots of scuffs on the walls. Breakfast was very good and plentiful! Rooftop bar was fun. Spritz and tapas good but high priced compared to other places.

STAY AWAY from this hotel if you are planning to relax and sleep through the night. We had the worst experience ever. The rooftop bar DJ would not stop all night and no one can do anything about it. The walls transfer noise of people talking and moving as if the party is in the room. We had a 17 hours flight the following day and we couldn't sleep. We complained five times that night that my kids are awake due to noise till 11:30pm when they should be in bed by 8:30pm. After two hours of complaining, they offered us to move to another room at 11:30pm. At that point the kids had fallen asleep and we had to be awake by 5:30am. It wasnt ideal to move. FOM the Manager was so unprofessional in addressing our complaint and it went to a deaf ears. We were told that the bar noise can run until after 1am. Why would you put a family with young kids who paid premium amount in such rooms without disclosing the correct information?

Great location, just a short walk from Piazza del Duomo The hotel is in a fantastic location, less than a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo, which made it very convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and exploring the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue was the bathroom ventilation. There did not seem to be an exhaust fan, so after taking a bath, the room became very humid. When we opened the window to let the humidity out, many flies came into the room, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time. One suggestion for future guests: avoid opening the windows if you do not want flies coming into the room. Aside from that, the location was excellent and very convenient.
