Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.

Great hotel for the money (even if it was relatively expensive, which it wasn’t). Free shuttle to both airport and train station. Staff members were lovely. NO tipping allowed. Every detail considered. Would stay again and for longer. Outdoor pool is open in summer. Indoor pool is closed until 2027 (repairs?)

Simple and easy accomodation to get to from Narita airport. The staff at check in were extremely friendly ans helpful and guided us to shuttle times for us to make our connecting flight the next day. We stayed in a japanese style family room so awesome (slightly warm couldnt get the air con to work) bathroom a bit older but overall such a clean, spotless and minamalistic living experience. We also added the breakfast which was great and easy to find and buffet style breakfast with an amazing variety :)

We only stayed here overnight for our flight the following day. The room was spacious & clean. But on checking in at night, we weren’t warned that the air conditioner wasn’t working in the room & that a stand alone air conditioner was in use instead. I found the room warm in the night & on getting up in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature, I found that the air conditioner wasn’t working. I was too tired at 3am to call the receptionist to report the non-functioning aircon. It was only later in the morning on getting ready to go out that we discovered the standing aircon that had been on but obviously not strong enough to cool down the whole room. I had a really bad night’s sleep. It was disappointing that in such a big hotel, we couldn’t get a room with a functioning aircon & more so not to be warned about it.

Decent breakfast buffet but nothing special for the price. The room was inexpensive so I was fine with the outdated room for just one night. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. Rooms are spacious, and the convenience store onsite is a great amenity. They handled my packages like a pro.

Nikki is always our chosen stop when doing a short stay in Japan. One reason is because of people like Seiichi Hori, the evening hotel concierge. I had mentioned to him that I slept so well at Nikki because of the pillow brand they use. Imagine my surprise when he provided me two of those pillows at a discounted rate to take home! How wonderful! I am a returning customer for life because of Nikki employees like Hori-san.
