Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.

The shuttle picks you up from the train station. Just look for terminal exit 2/3 & once you’re out of the airport, it’s platform 33. A shuttle frequents every 20-30 minutes

A wonderful airport hotel. Staff are friendly, kind and so helpful. The hotel is comfortable and the amenities are great. We had dinner at the sushi restaurant and drinks at the bar- the decor is 1970s and they play lovely jazz, we had a wonderful time. It was a great astray before our flight the next day. The shuttle is punctual and staff help with your bags- a gem of a place.

Easy to get to from the airport, there is a free shuttle. Rooms and common areas are spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel and the breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay after a long flight before heading to your final destination in Japan.

Everything was amazing however the paid breakfast was expensive given the location and other availability for food in the area. Staff spoke good English, friendly, and the shuttle service was very easy to access. 100% will stay again for future trips.

This is my third time booking the hotel. I love this hotel. The staff are amazing and professional. The have the shuttle bus from and to the narita airport they have bus to Aeon mall. So it the ideal hotel to stay if you are in Narita.

While the hotel was nice, the location was a major disappointment. It was isolated, with no nearby attractions or conveniences. Getting around was difficult, as you had to rely on a bus service just to reach the train station.

There was a Lwasons inside the hotel which was very convenient. The whole building and rooms were kept cool all day. There was also a nice pool. The rooms appear to be renovated including new dehumidifiers and smart TVs. It was very cheap to upgrade our room to a larger one and it was the biggest room we'd stayed in Japan.

We stayed in the Japanese style room with 4 futons. This was perfect for our family of 4. We wanted to stay close to the airport for our last night and this hotel worked perfectly. They have a convenient shuttle bus that takes you to Narita station, Aeon Mall and the airport. There's not much within walking distance from the hotel, but they have a convenience store inside the hotel where you can get everything you need.
