The hotel is yards from the station, very convenient. It is clean with friendly staff and if you're a fish lover you will enjoy breakfast too.Our room was bigger than we thought it would be for Japan too. Would recommend staying here.

Our visit was very short and sweet. Room was small as to be expected. The area was nice, fish market close by.I didn’t think we had to make a transfer , but no big deal.Will come back , with out a doubt

Room was spotless. Location is probably the best in terms of access to the trains, tram, buses and the morning market. Service was warm and helpful. My only very minor complaint is a lack of shelves and hooks for clothes, specially for the winter season when one wears so many layers.

Conveniently located right next to JR Hakodate Station and opposite Hakodate Market. Will stay here again if I ever visit Hakodate again.

I think the location of this hotel is strategic, very close to the train station (in fact it is located in the same building as the station). Incidentally, I myself didn't experience any problems with the hotel, but the friend I was traveling with had a frightening instinct about the conditions in the hotel room, which happened to have a window facing the train tracks. After asking the management to change the location of the room, they were told that the type of room we ordered was no longer available, if we wanted to move to another type we had to add more money. They don't help provide the best solution for their guests.

The hotel is next to the train station. Traveling is very convenient. The room is spacious, clean, complete with electrical appliances, good view, looking out into the bathroom separating wet and dry areas. Equipment can be picked up from the lobby. There is a service point for extra pillows. With pillowcase You can choose the size and softness that you want to add. Employees can communicate in English. Greeting with a smile Every time I walk past I stated that I was going to stay during my birthday. The hotel left birthday cards for you, very cute.
