Clean room in a great location next to the train station

Extremely convenient, beside train station. Staff was warm and helpful. Nice sento, great amenities provided. Room was lovely.

Great location, right next to the Hakodate JR station. The hotel is popular, that makes it crowded. The room is small, it has a dinning table which takes up a lot of space. The public bath is nice but full of people at all time. The 12F lounge area provides free coffee and tea which is very nice .

Great location, staff were very friendly

Perfect place to stay while having easy access to Hakodate as well as the train to the bullet train. Very walkable as well, across from the morning seafood market.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, and very clean room.

Staff was always visible to assist and greet as we entered the lobby. We did not eat breakfast but it looked nice.

Sushi for breakfast which was very nice. Good variety selection of foods.

Convenient location next to Hakodate station for bus and train connections. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Hotel staff were excellent and able to accommodate me when i was not able to fully communicate in Japanese. Would easily choose this hotel again next time I’m in Hakodate.

Friendly staff and nice room

I loved this hotel! It was located right in the JR station which was so very helpful when it took me a very long time to travel from Haneda airport in Tokyo to Hakodate via shinkansen. I was soooo relieved when I realized I didn't have to figure out where the hotel was, it was literally just right there! I lost my phone charger and cord in transit and they were kind enough to lend me one and give me directions to the nearest electronics store. I know a little bit of Japanese so that helped with the communication as they didn't know too much English. One super cool perk of this hotel is that they had what was called the pillow corner. In a part of the lobby there was an area where if you wanted a different pillow from the standard issue you could "shop" around in this super cool little pillow library. There were signs and labels indicating the softness and hardness level and displays showing what material was inside the pillow. It was soooo amazing! I like a harder pillow so I was happy to find one that fit my preferences. The hotel is so perfectly located right across the way from the morning market. Very convenient! And I could see Mount Hakodate from my window. I only stayed two days in Hakodate, it was my first time in Hokkaido and I split my trip between here and Sapporo. I really super enjoyed it and wish I had scheduled more time on my trip from this area. If I ever return I will definitely stay again at this hotel. Highly recommend!

Very very near and besides Hakodate train station. 3 minutes walk. Superb breakfast. Well planned room and toilet with segregated shower. 5 minutes walk from seafront and restaurants. Train station 2nd floor have nice dining options.
